Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what personal information SalesJury collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website at salesjury.com and the sales hiring services we provide to companies and candidates.
1. Who we are
SalesJury ("SalesJury", "we", "us") is a full-cycle sales hiring service. Veteran sales leaders evaluate sales candidates in live selling simulations and give hiring companies an evidence-based Hire or No Hire verdict.
SalesJury, 165 Broadway, One Liberty Plaza, New York, NY 10006, United States.
2. When you visit our website
Our website is a simple informational site. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it, and it does not set cookies.
- Hosting and security. Our site is delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes standard technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies if it detects suspicious traffic.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
- The cost calculator. The "cost of one bad sales hire" calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
3. When you book a call
Our "Book a call" and "Get your expert-vetted shortlist" buttons take you to our scheduling page, hosted by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address and any notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy also applies to that page.
4. When your company works with us
If your company hires through SalesJury, or sends us finalists to evaluate, we collect the business contact details of the people we work with (such as name, job title, work email and phone number) and information about the role you are hiring for, including your product, sales process, deal size, sales cycle and the objections your buyers raise. We use this to design selling simulations, match candidates and deliver our reports.
5. When you are a candidate
If you are considered for a role through SalesJury, whether we sourced you or a hiring company sent you to us, we may collect and create:
- Information you or the hiring company give us, such as your name, contact details, resume, work history, sales results and the roles you are interested in.
- Recordings of your live selling simulations and role plays, including video and audio.
- Our jurors' evaluations of you, including skill ratings, strengths, skill gaps, potential red flags, fit analysis and a Hire or No Hire verdict.
Your evaluation is carried out by human sales leaders. We do not use automated systems to make hiring decisions about you.
We share your evaluation, including video snippets from your simulations, with the company that is considering you for the role. That company makes its own hiring decision.
6. How we use information
- To provide our services: sourcing and screening candidates, running selling simulations, preparing Verdict Reports and shortlists, and replacing hires under our replacement guarantee.
- To communicate with you, including scheduling calls and simulations and answering questions.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
- To meet our legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including providing our services and our replacement guarantee, and for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
9. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website and limiting access to candidate materials to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- restrict or object to how we use it; and
- transfer it to you or another organization.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by law and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. International transfers
SalesJury is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to protect it as required by applicable law.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and working professionals. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
